Description
Domaine des Entrefaux works with an "organic approach" and is currently converting to full organic agricultural.
Our history has been handed down through 5 generations. Domaine des Entrefaux was founded in 1979 by Charles TARDY. He was joined in the 90s by his son François, who is now accompanied by his wife Anne.
In the years that followed, they developed tillage and organic farming.
The quality of the terroirs is enhanced by the application of organic farming principles, certified since 2013, to which biodynamic practices are added.
The estate's philosophy continues in the cellar, working as naturally as possible.
27 hectares of vines spread over 3 communes (Beaumont Monteux, Mercurol and Chanos-Curson), provide stony, alpine diluvium and clay-limestone soils.
Domaine des Entrefaux is also home to several hectares of cereal crops that add biodiversity to the terroir.
