Description
Les Jardins de Clairefontaine (4 stars), a converted nut-drying building, delights guests with its elegance, and the Manor House (2 stars) with its late 17th century architecture.
Partly built in the late 17th century, the Manor House was owned by the bishops of Lyon. The tower and the magnificent stone staircase remain from this period.
The former stables now house the Jardins de Clairefontaine.
The light, beige and grey colours, the furniture with a ceruse finish, hand-sewn Provençal quilting and linen curtains all provide a truly charming setting.
A gastronomic restaurant serving cuisine with subtle aromas. Philippe Girardon, with the prestigious "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" title, has selected the best local ingredients along with herbs and fruits from the garden to make refined dishes that are close to nature.
