Ryma Prost-Romand is a chef creating dishes inspired by her origins and her trips and studies to Scandinavia: fusion cuisine combining the Mediterranean and the North Sea.
A unique place gull of great flavours, Mama Trøtter will happily take you through the flavours and scents of its cuisine, focusing with passion and rigour on the technique of simmering and "slow food", to preserve the taste and nutritional qualities.
All year round on Wednesday between 7 pm and 9 pm. On Thursday between 12 pm and 2 pm and between 7 pm and 8.30 pm. On Friday between 12 pm and 2 pm and between 7 pm and 9 pm. On Saturday between 11 am and 2 pm and between 7 pm and 9 pm.
