Our whisky expert invites you to discover the world of whiskies!
Introductory session to a world brimming with history, culture and sensory diversity. We'll discuss the importance of fermentation, the shape and size of the still, and the different types of maturation in building a whisky's profile. You'll learn how to taste, analyze and deconstruct whiskies in order to let them express themselves and highlight their differences according to their provenance around the world.
The names "Single Malt", "Blended Malt", "Peated", "Islay", "Single Grain" or "Pot still" will no longer hold any secrets for you!

→ Tasting of 6 whiskies.
→ The course is maintained from 8 registrants. 15 participants maximum per course. We reserve the right to cancel the event if there are insufficient participants.
→ At the end of the session, a final drink is served along with some local produce or other bites.
