At the Safari de Peaugres, food and wine pairings take on the flavour of a dazzling, magical adventure. As the evening’s culinary journey unfolds, you’ll be able to savour the expertise of the restaurateurs and winemakers of the northern Rhône Valley.
Enjoy a unique food and wine experience: a gourmet evening stroll through the park, featuring a five-course meal paired with wines from six appellations of the Northern Rhône Valley: Condrieu, Côte-Rôtie, Saint-Joseph, Crozes-Hermitage, Cornas and Saint-Péray!

The atmosphere of the new night-time trail: over 2,000 illuminated sculptures in the shape of animals and plants, crafted entirely by hand according to an ancient Chinese tradition, light up the park’s paths.

Stop 1: Appetisers at the Auberge du Mont Monnet (26, La Roche-de-Glun)
- Deep-fried baby trout
- Accompanied by a selection of Condrieu wines
Stop 2: Starter at the restaurant L’Essentiel (07, Annonay)
- Pumpkin ravioli, sautéed porcini mushrooms, sage emulsion, chestnut crumble
- Accompanied by a selection of Saint-Joseph wines
Stop 3: Main course at Les Epicurieux (69, Ampuis)
