Description
What's a gene?
It's the dry residue left over from the vatting and pressing of red grapes. It's also known as grape marc, which you may have heard of. Far from ending up in the garbage can, this marc is sent to the still for distillation... with sausages and bacon!
Wrapped in grape marc, the sausages and pieces of bacon are placed directly in the heart of the still, for slow cooking and a perfect melt-in-the-mouth finish.
Served with potatoes, also cooked in the still, and accompanied by our Les Bruclas and Les Coulaires Crozes-Hermitage appellation wines, you're in for a real treat.
Come and enjoy this immersive experience, right in the heart of the Ardèche Hermitage region.
